Big Boy Toys and Hobbies Return Policy

We will accept any New and Unused product* for Refund or Store Credit within 30 days from purchase. See Terms & Conditions for Exceptions.  In very rare circumstances we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on returned merchandise that requires an exceptional amount of labor to process. Original shipping cost will not be refunded & Customer is responsible for return shipping. All returns will require an RMA number. To begin the return process, please call our Customer Service Department at 337-269-5800 to obtain a return authorization number. Your return authorization number is valid for a period of 30 days from the date you received your order. Any returns without a valid return authorization number will be refused. Please write the return authorization number below our return address on the outside of the box.

We also understand that life happens. In the case where you are not within the 30-Day time frame, please give us the opportunity to provide a solution specifically for you.

Defective Merchandise Return Policy

If you receive an item that is defective, please contact Customer Service immediately by phone 337-269-5800.We will help guide you through the process. Most times it’s a simple setting or user error that can be easily resolved with some tech support. If your item is truly defective, you will need to handle it through the manufacturer. We will help guide you through this process.

Please note that we are not responsible for the defective merchandise and cannot provide refunds for any used or defective merchandise.

Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under warranty.

If the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you.

Return Terms & Conditions*

We do not accept returns of Lithium Batteries, Electronics(Servos, Motors, ESC, Software, Chargers) even if new and unopened. If you have one of these items that are defective, please contact us so that we can help you resolve it to your satisfaction. DEFECTIVE LITHIUM BATTERIES must be dealt with through Manufacturer directly.

All items should be packed to assure no damage is incurred during shipping. Big Boy Toys and Hobbies is not responsible for damage incurred during the shipping process, nor for packages shipped to, but not received by Big Boy Toys and Hobbies (lost in transit). Please insure packages and avoid shipping methods of carriers that do not provide tracking.

Warranty only applies as described by the product manufacturer and on products accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.

Warranty service or replacement decisions are at the sole discretion the Manufacturer, Not Big Boy Toys and Hobbies.

Collateral damage is NOT covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
