Factory-Installed Extreme Heavy Duty Upgrade Kit Unlike other RC trucks that require aftermarket upgrades, the Rustler 4X4 VXL comes pre-loaded with the Extreme HD Upgrade Kit &mdash featuring reinforced C-hubs, axle carriers, steering blocks, Maxx-duty oversized driveshafts, 6mm axles, and steel wheel hexes. This is the strongest, most durable drivetrain ever built into a Traxxas Rustler.

Velineon® Brushless Power System At the heart of the Rustler 4X4 VXL is the 3500 Kv Velineon brushless motor, engineered with ultra high-temperature sintered Neodymium magnets, precision-balanced rotor, and high-speed ball bearings for blistering top-end speed and long-lasting reliability. Paired with the VXL-3s™ waterproof ESC, it supports both 2S and 3S LiPo batteries and features three programmable drive profiles: Sport, Race, and the patented Training Mode™.

Patented Self-Righting Technology Never lose momentum during your run. The Rustler 4X4 VXL'Ts patented self-righting system lets you recover from rollovers and upside-down landings with a single button press on the TQi™ 2.4 GHz transmitter &mdash getting you back on your wheels in seconds.

Traxxas Stability Management® (TSM) The built-in TSM system optimizes traction and control on low-grip surfaces, enabling confident acceleration, controlled powerslides, and precision braking &mdash without sacrificing raw speed or throttle response.

Clipless ProGraphix® Body & Traxxas-Tough™ Design The aerodynamic clipless body mounts securely and removes with one hand for fast battery swaps and easy maintenance. A reinforced inner cage, oversized body latch, and roof rollover protector ensure the body holds up through the most aggressive bashing sessions.

Full-Time Shaft-Driven 4WD Drivetrain Built for all-surface domination, the Rustler 4X4 VXL runs a full-time shaft-driven 4-wheel drive system with oil-filled steel gear differentials front and rear, a Torque Control™ heavy-duty slipper clutch with aluminum pads, and an anodized-aluminum center driveshaft for maximum power transfer and durability.

TQi™ 2.4 GHz Radio System with Telemetry Stay in control with the advanced TQi 5-channel receiver featuring fail-safe security, integrated telemetry ports, and compatibility with the optional Traxxas Link Wireless Module for full app-based tuning. The system stores settings for up to 30 Traxxas Link-enabled models.
